CalPeak helps users scan menus and meal photos to estimate calories, macros, and food choices based on a selected goal.

Estimates Only

CalPeak provides approximate nutrition estimates. Actual calories, ingredients, allergens, and macros may differ. Users are responsible for checking restaurant information, ingredient lists, labels, and professional guidance when needed.

Not Medical Advice

CalPeak does not provide medical, clinical, or dietitian advice. Do not use CalPeak for diagnosis, treatment, disease management, eating disorder care, pregnancy nutrition, allergy safety, or other medical decisions.

Paid Features

CalPeak Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play where available. The price, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase confirmation. The store processes payment and renewal under the terms displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew unless canceled through the store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your CalPeak account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store policies. Restore purchases in the app to recover an eligible purchase.

Guest Use And Accounts

You can save meals locally as a guest. An account enables synchronization and recovery of your meal records and is required to purchase or restore CalPeak Plus. Local meal photos are not synchronized or restored on another device. Scan limits and any trial availability are shown in the app; saving a meal locally does not remove those limits. Local-only history can be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the app, or lose the device before synchronizing.

User Content

Users should upload only photos they have the right to use and should not upload sensitive personal documents or unrelated private images. CalPeak may process uploaded photos to provide scan results.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use CalPeak to abuse the service, reverse engineer private APIs, upload illegal content, violate another person's rights, or interfere with app operation.

Availability

CalPeak may change, pause, or discontinue features. AI results may fail, be delayed, or be inaccurate.
